A few weeks ago I spoke with one of my students that took the information and successfully created and launched his program,?Belly Fat Renegade.
The author of the product is Derek Shannon, a personal trainer and someone that truly has a passion for helping others in their weight loss and muscle gain journeys. I asked Derek if he would spend a few minutes talking about himself, his business and the creation of Belly Fat Renegade.
