??? The Aces played their final home game of the year today.? But did the Ford Center bring back some fans that have fallen by the wayside in recent years?
??? Aces Senior Day at the Ford Center turned out to be a great game with last minute drama and a packed house.
??? But do long-time U.E. fans think the first season at the new arena was a success?
??? They came out in droves, fans of all ages, both young and old.? Norbert Woolley hasn't missed an Aces home game for more than 50 years.? He says this year is just the beginning of a return to the glory days of Aces basketball.
??? University of Evansville Athletic Director John Stanley says those days may be closer than you think.
??? He says he has seen a significant increase in attendance compared to last year, and says a good team helped a lot.
??? Stanley says this game will only get more people excited about the Aces.? Woolley says he'll be looking forward to next season as soon as the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament is over.
??? The Aces season isn't quite over yet.? They still have two away games on their schedule before they head to St. Louis for the MVC Tournament.
